  • PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING, PILLOWS AND LINENS FOR DOUBLE BEDS EXCEPT IF YOUR STAYING IN COTTAGE 12 THERE IS ONE QUEEN SIZE BED.

    YOU MUST BRING TOWELS AND TOILETRIES (including toilet paper, and soaps/shampoo and cleaning supplies) AS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED.

    Each mattress is covered with a freshly washed cover, protector and must not be removed.

  • $1,000 will be charged if the rules and regulations are not followed and/or if there is damage.

  • Sandpiper Beach Resort requires that one of all the guests be a minimum of 25 years of age.

  • *Your personal information - GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID is required upon check-in.

  • This Renter accepts to pay in total to Sandpiper Beach Resort any damages or missing items that occur during their stay. Any damages have to immediately be reported to Sandpiper Beach Resort. Sandpiper Beach Resort reserves the right to determine inappropriate behavior and any amount that would be charged. Any noise and/or disrespectful behaviors towards the neighborhood or the occupants of the property may result in a fine. As these cottages are located in the residential areas of the resort, please note that noise disturbance ordinances are strictly enforced. We regret that we cannot accept any reservations whose primary purpose is to party. Any damage to walls or ceiling etc. inclusive of graffiti will immediately forfeit the security deposit in full in addition to any other available actions to recover all costs due to the damage. Should any damages occur, the security deposit will be applied to the rectification cost.  Sandpiper Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel a reservation that does not adhere to our requirements.

    $100 CHARGE FOR KEY LOSS. 

  • Please do not remove the mattress protector off the beds. If they are removed, damaged or discarded a $50 charge will be deducted from your security deposit.

  • For by-law, insurance and safety purposes occupancy is not to exceed the maximum capacity of the cottage. If the total number of guests exceeds the cottage’s maximum allowable occupancy, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund and the occupants will be evicted immediately and security deposits will not be returned. YOUR COTTAGE MUST NOT SMELL LIKE ANY KIND OF SMOKE.

  • Fire-pit may be used weather permitting and only up to 12 am as per Wasaga Beach By-law. If the fire is on after 12 am then it will result in the loss of your security deposit and subject to fines by the Wasaga Beach Fire Department.

    Absolutely no loud voices or music by the fire pit not to disturb other guests who may be sleeping or relaxing.

    NO SEPARATE BOMB FIRES BY THE COTTAGES OR ANY PLACE ON THE PROPERTY OTHER THAN THE ONE WE PROVIDE.

  • NO CANCELLATIONS ON BOOKINGS ALLOWED.

  • DON’T FORGET TO LEAVE THE KEY AND THE PARKING PASS IN THE BAG ON THE WALL BEFORE LEAVING.  PLEASE SHUT THE AIR CONDITONER AND LIGHTS OFF AND PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR. LOSS OF KEY OR PARKING PASS WILL RESULT IN A KEY CHARGE OF $100.00

  • Smoking is strictly forbidden in all Sandpiper Beach Resort Cottages rental properties. If evidence of smoking in the cottage is found, $500 will be charged to deep clean the property. Absolutely no throwing cigarette butts onto the sand or property It will result in the loss of your security deposit.

  • A valid parking pass must be visible on the dash of the car at all times. Sandpiper Beach Resort is not responsible for towing fees should your vehicle be towed. No vehicles are to enter the cottage area beyond the fence.

    $100 CHARGE FOR LOSS OF PARKING PASS.

  • No pets allowed. If proof of the presence of a pet is found in the property — penalty $500.  We are located on beach area 2 and no dogs are allowed on the beach.

  • All garbage must be bagged and sealed and put into Large Garbage Bin located at the parking lot.  All recycling must be put in the blue recycling bags provided sealed and brought to the bin by the parking lot at the end of your stay.

  • All dishes and utensils must be cleaned and put away. Please clean as if you are the next occupier. Please think of others.

    OUR KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES, MUGS, CUTLERY AND SOME COOKING AND SERVING UTENSILS.  THERE IS A STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, KETTLE AND COFFEE MAKER. EACH COTTAGE HAS THEIR OWN BARBECUE WITH PROPANE TANK AND A PICNIC TABLE.

  • No food must be left in the cottage.  Prior to your departure, please discard of any food in a sealed bag in the garbage bin located in the parking lot.

  • ARE NOT ALLOWED ON OUR PROEPRTY.

  • There will be no loud or large parties in the cottage or on the grounds—quiet time is from 12 am to 8 am.  All guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves at all times in a manner respectful and inoffensive to the neighbors.

  • Housekeeping will be charged and if over and above cleaning is needed a charge will be further charged to the Renter according to how much is needed to bring the premises back to its original condition upon check-in.

In the case of unforeseen events out of our control including but not limited to internet or telephone service interruption, water shortage or sewer failure, any "act of nature" including power failure, Sandpiper Beach Resort will not be held liable for monetary compensation including refund of rental fees paid, or responsible for any obligations arising from the event.

The decision to rent this property and use the cottage facilities (including but not limited to the BBQ) and electrical appliances (including but not limited to all kitchen appliances, internet) is entirely at the Tenant’s risk. No responsibility can be accepted by Sandpiper Beach Resort or the owner of the rental property for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage to the Tenant and/or his/her guests' personal property.

To accommodate guests' travel plans late departures may be arranged for a nominal fee.

Prior to vacating the property, the Tenant is responsible for the removal of all garbage and recyclables, ensuring that all dishes and cook ware are clean, and returning any furniture that was moved to its original position. Failure to comply may lead to the forfeit of the security deposit.
